We just purchased a Hyundai Palisade from Luke at Kentson. He was super responsive and helpful as we were buying the car remotely. It was at the detail shop for a few days and he kept me up to date and sent a bunch of pictures and info once it was at Kentson. I came to pick it up today and the process couldnât have been easier. Filled out an online form to sell my Tacoma to Kentson. Miscommunication and bad online form process led to me going to a different location than the person I talked to on the phone. They looked at my Tacoma and quoted me 20k (KBB was 24-25k trade-in) ended up selling it privately for 27k the SAME day with little to no effort. People were friendly and nice, but I felt a bit ripped off and the lack of good processes put me off a bit.
